EOS Associates has brought together a team of highly experienced consultants/business advisers, who operate in Wales and the adjacent counties in England, to provide a single point of access for both businesses and Government support agencies.
All of the Principal Consultants have experience of starting their own businesses, working at director/senior management level in corporate organisations and SMEs and advising numerous businesses in South Wales on strategies to grow their businesses profitably. We therefore understand the difficulties, frustrations and opportunities facing business owners, particularly in today's market conditions.
EOS Associates focusses its efforts on providing assistance to SMEs who have growth potential but not the experience or skills within the company to achieve their potential. We not only advise and help to implement strategies but wish to enhance the knowledge and ability of our clients through training and skills transfer. We are totally results driven for the benefit of our clients.
All of the Principal Consultants are accredited by the Institute for Independent Business (IIB) and work under its Code of Ethics and Continuous Professional Development requirements.
The team is supported by the IIB world-wide network of some 4000 consultants who are able to provide additional specialist skills and local knowledge and contacts as required.
