He has worked in UK, Europe, Zambia and Australia. His key activity at present is helping clients through the recession with special emphasis on preparing for the upturn. His sector experience is in Manufacturing, Computers and Software and Tourism.
Ian Eldridge is an experienced MD, General Manager and Consultant/Business Adviser who has worked in both the corporate and private sectors, and who has empathy with the challenges facing SMEs. Ian specialises in Sales and Marketing but his experience as a MD has given him a broad knowledge of all aspects of business. Sector experience in Tourism, General Manufacturing, Creative Industries, Environmental Management, Financial and Social Enterprise.
Stephan Hurford has long experience of international trade at board and senior in both the private and the public sectors, specialising in sales and marketing and strategic planning. Speaking five languages, he has lived and worked in both mainland Europe and West Africa and has had wide experience in the aerospace, automotive, construction, education, environmental, manufacturing, metallurgical, technology and tourism sectors worldwide.
Andrea Steel has almost 40 years experience of all levels in the private sector, specialising in Executive Coaching, Training, Project Management, Sales and Marketing and Strategic Planning, I.T. She ran her own I.T. software company with 15 staff for over 15 years before she became accredited by the IIB, subsequently working for large multi-nationals such as MARS, Gillette, Proctor & Gamble and also Oracle and public sector organisations such as M.O.D. She has lived and worked in UK, mainland Europe and North America and has had wide experience in the Manufacturing, Consumer Packaged Goods, Technology and Education sectors.
